DR. WILLIAM V. ANDREW JOINS XAVIER COLLEGE PREPARATORY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
(Phoenix, AZ) – Dr. William V. Andrew has been appointed to the Xavier College Preparatory Board of Trustees, according to Board President Dan Grubb, President of Dan Grubb Ford, L.L.C.
“The Board is extremely pleased to have Dr. Andrew join us,” said Mr. Dan Grubb. “He has a history of leadership and stewardship in the Valley.”
Sister Joan Fitzgerald, Principal of Xavier, agrees. “The Xavier community is grateful for the dedication and leadership that our Board members provide,” she said. “Their active service on behalf of Xavier makes it possible for the school to fulfill its Catholic mission.”
Dr. William V. Andrew is co-founder and life member of the Andrew Family Foundation, as well as co-founder and president of the AFC Public Foundation. He is also the CEO of the Werdna Corporation, a family wealth management organization. Dr. Andrew is co-founder and chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Summit School of Ahwatukee, a limited partner and current member of the Executive Committee of the Arizona Diamondbacks, a member of the Advisory Board of Inlign Wealth Management, a general partner of Inlign Capital Partners and a director of the Arizona Community Foundation Board. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
Dr. Andrew and his wife Patricia have a daughter, Kathryn, who is a member of Xavier's Class of 2010, another daughter, Kelly, and a son, Billy, who are in the 5th and 6th grade respectively at Summit School.
